Workout 2

The athlete has 45 sec to complete 20 Double Unders and 2 Deadlifts. The weight of the deadlift goes up each round. If the athlete completes all 22 reps within the 45 sec, the athlete advances to the heavier barbell (15 sec transition time). If the athlete completes the deadliftladder, there’s a max rep double under tiebreak.
